Based in Western Wisconsin, I photograph weddings and elopements with a calm, candid approach — capturing real connection, quiet moments, and love stories that feel intentional and authentically yours.
I don’t believe in stiff poses or overly styled moments. I believe in the real stuff — the deep feelings, the belly laughs, the lingering glances, and everything in between. Whether we’re hiking to a hidden lookout, cozied up in a cabin, or running barefoot through a meadow, I’ll be there, camera in hand, documenting it all with intention.
The moments you don’t notice or plan for are the ones you’ll never forget.

Your relationship is unique in every way possible and my intent is to capture that uniqueness in raw detailed emotion bringing your love story to life through photographs that feel meaningful. It's about being yourselves, being in the moment, and sharing in the energy of the new chapter you're about to step into.
When I'm not behind the camera, you can likely find me lost in life making every moment count. I was born and raised in the Midwest but my soul is deeply rooted to the spirit of the West, yeehaw! Although I'm a professional, I like to not take life so seriously and experience the day as it unfolds and roll with the punches.

Shania did both our engagement photos and wedding photos. We could not be happier with how our photos came out. She has a great eye for shots, and while she is a candid photographer, she was really great about directing us as we've never had any professional shots taken, so we were a bit awkward! Photos came on time and I have gotten so many compliments from people about them! She is SUPER personable and kind. I've had two sessions with Shania- an engagement shoot a few years ago and a mommy/daughter studio session recently. Both experiences were wonderful!
